The bible says that man was made in the image of God.

    Genesis 1:26-27

26 Then God said, "Let us make human beings in our image and likeness. And let them rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the tame animals, over all the earth" 27 So God created human beings in His image. IN the image of God He created them. He created them male and female.

In the image of, like a reflection, or a photo. You've also forgtten the fall of man, which created an inate flaw in every human since.

yes ...but the image in my mirror does not equal me and my qualities or capabilities.
otherwise your in danger of saying god created man as his equal.

Exactly, we have some of His qualities, reflect His glory, but would never be His equal. Hence the temptation of the tree of knowledge.

    Murder borne out of:
    hate
    Jealousy
    anger
    religion
    crime

    are wrong.
Murder to protect the greater good is a good thing.
I have a feeling this is a roundabout way of starting a discussion on the morality of war.
And because of this there is no absolute when it comes to murder. There's murder by the state, by the individual e.t.c.

Wrong and right are something individual to each individual. Within their perception so to speak.

What is thought to be 'reality' is simply conformity of thought (how far do we know what is real or not?) and anybody who has a slightly different 'perception of reality' is outcasted.

    Is murder wrong?

Maybe to the individual... No, but to society, yeah.
