    Well yea.....I mean a male cow is a bull...I always thought that male sheep were goats.

    no, sheep and goats are different species. A male cow is called a bull and a female cow is just called a cow or sometimes a heifer. Babys are calfs.
    A male sheep is a ram and a female sheep is a ewe, babies are lambs.
    A male goat is a billy, and a female goat is a nanny, babies are kids.
    hope that clears up any confusion.
