I have been offered a job at a shop and taken it as i didnt think i would get anymore replies to anywhere else. I havent started yet as im not 16. Anyway what im asking is, how do i go about chosing the best job? What should i look for? Reason im asking is since then ive had a few job interviews.

Wages
Hours - how many do you have to do, how flexible are they, do you get a say in the shifts you work
Whether they abide to decent working conditions, allow you the breaks you are entitled to, follow health and safety procedure ... that sort of thing
Then there's the people you work with and for, and who your customers are
Potential training/ promotion opportunities
Interest in the work
and more. You need to work out what your priorities are, do you just need the cash or are you looking to boost your cv/ start on the career ladder?
