Play (either in the stereo or in your mind) a sad song, try to think about something relaxing...

Punch a mattress. All the anger venting, none of the bruising of punching a wall.

Alcohol... All that crap about it making you feel worse because it's a depressant drug; lies.

    Failing that, music.

    Failing that, punchbag.

Juggling is too bloody frustrating and will not make you feel better.

    Do a search.

had a fag, walked around in circles a few hundred times, breathed deeply and listening to music. Well, it seemed to work for me.

Walking out infront of a (moving) bus. Best way for anything really. Sorts most things out and makes sure it wont happen again.

Wish that'd happen to the guy who wound me up in the first place...

Ministry of Sound Chillout albums usually do the trick for me.

Or just go watch a DVD or something.

I try not to get wound up in the first place.

True, this guy, a few sundays back was lying in the road in front of a coach and we went past there today and theres like spray paint on the floor and flowers on the railing type things by it. I think he died, poor guy. :(

And edited to add: At least if you didnt die your mind would be taken off what you were wound up about, eh? :p

    Hiya
This Mind factsheet on dealing with anger may help you out. Also check out our feature on coping with stress also has some good tips.
A good quick fix is rescue remedy - you can get it in Boots and litwerally just put a few drops onto your tongue for an instant calming effect.
    Take care.

If im really wound up i normally, erm, hit/kick something, but dont do that! My other option is listning to some angry music.

haha, I once kicked the fireplace here at home, and the other time the stairs. If anything, my own stupidity pissed me off even more. :D

I pace when I get angry, or growl... don't really do anything special.
