Ok so ive been looking around for a photo editing download as since my scanner got sold the program for photo editing went with it. Now ive no idea what program i need or whats good.
Ive tried to download photoshop but it dont work for some reason.

    photoimpact 8 is quite decent for photo editing and im sure you can find it somewhere for free *ahem*

    but if you want to make good avatars etc use paint shop pro as it comes with animation shop, but its free on 30 day trial so you can test it out



    shouldnt this be in computers and net!?
