    Actually, as far as passengers go, it's quiet - the best time to do it.

    Just so happens that there's more "lesuire" passengers than normal this weekend, but less passengers overall.

    and for the record i'm a regular Rail user and this kind of disruption is so comman it's not "when are they doing work" but more a case of "when are the trains running"
