Copying to a used disk

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I copied a CD with Media Player, but I copied the same song twice :/

Now when I try to overwrite it, it comes up

Please insert a Blank Disk

How can I delete the disk and copy over it?

    You can't, unless it's a CD-RW i'm afraid.

Plus you probably finalized the session which you have to do for it to play in a normal CD player.

It comes up with "Closing Disk" after copy so maybe that's it. It doesn't matter anyway. Not much harm in having the same song twice.

Yes, that is it. If you close the disc then you can't write any more to it.
