Now that I've finally been paid this month, I'm planning a little shopping spree to build up my CD collection. So far on the list are:

* Maroon 5 - Songs About Jane
* Joss Stone - Soul Sessions
* Lemar - Dedicated
* Fefe Dobson - Fefe Dobson (she was Justin Timberlake's support when I saw him in Birmingham in January)
* Jamelia - Thank You

Anyone got any opinions on these or any recommendations along the same lines? What has everyone been buying lately? :)

    Jamie Cullum - Twentysomething, especially if you're into Joss Stone.

    Athlete - El Salvador and Travis - 12 Memories are both quite good CDs, dunno if you're into that sorta thing though.

    You might quite like Katie Melua - Call off the Search. Very laid-back and stuff, really lovely. Also, Pink - Try This is very good.

    *grumble*

    I think the Lemar album is quite good ( well what I have heard of it) apart from the ballads- Another Day and one of the other tracks.

    Yes. :p

    But think about it. I probably hate your favourite band. Doesn't mean it isn't good. :p

    When will people learn to let people have their own opinions on what they want to listen to, and just sit back, listen to their own crap and shut up :p :rolleyes:

    None taken, but then I probably wouldn't like the crap you're into, either! :p

    I bought The Soul Sessions, Dedicated and Songs About Jane yesterday.. all seem pretty good, but I'm kinda hooked on Maroon 5 at the minute so have only listened to the others in parts...

    And, piccolo, I already have Katie Melua - Call Off The Search, hence wanting The Soul Sessions :)
