only as much as years and years of drink driving campaigns have had any effect.
did you know ...that a united nations study found that up to a certain ammount of cannabis actualy makes you a safer driver! makes you more aware and extra careful ...but only up to a certain ammount. what that ammount is i wouldn't know.

Becky, your link's broken! I don't know what's being planned, but I think it will take a lot to put ppl off taking drugs and driving. As Mr. Roll says, people are still drink-driving after several years of campaigns.

    It worked last night

I always check the link so i dont know why its not working ?

They are training Police Officers in how to cathch and notice people who have been using drugs and then driving. They are saying you can notice a drink driver by obviously the smell of their breath but with drugs its a different matter. So i presume they are being taught what things to look out for with a drug user.

Certainly anything that stops people driving while intoxicated is a good idea, whatever it is that they have taken.

Aparently they actualy think that there is a bigger problem with people taking prescription drugs and driving than illegal ones, or so I've heard. Although one unsafe driver is too many.

I have driven short distances after a night out in the past, from the train station home in my small home town, but I never do it anymore because I live in London and the night buses are great!
