N2O at clubs illegal

The MHRA has come out and finally said something about all the Nitrous Oxide being sold in clubs, its illegal, selling something like N2O for inhalation when you are not a licenced chemist is against the Medicines Act.
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Unless they can get a licence from the MHRA, but I doubt they will be able to, given its obviously for recreational use.

I never bothered with it before because it was so expensive for one balloon until like last week when I went to History of Hardcore. It was alright but not worth like £2 for one balloon so I'm not really that bothered.

There is an article from Drugscope here that explains a bit of the background.

I think this might be something of a wise move to be brutally honest...lots of pissed people stumbling around and its usually the least-stable ones who decide 8 balloons is a good idea

I doubt anyone will miss them that much; if you can't bear to be apart from it as a substance you really need a hobby :)

I disagree, this is prohibition again, which has proven to fail on every level.

Yes, this will stop people using in clubs, but it will do nothing to stop people using it elsewhere - and where do people kill themselves with N2O? Oh, thats right, not at the clubs where they can be looked after but elsewhere.

Nice to see you back by the way.

    Agreed with what budda said.

Oh well, was nice while it lasted, i knew it'd go this way though, it always is with intoxicants which are legal but aren't alcohol or tabacco.

Apprently my friend whow orked selling them in clubs still has a job but they're selling 02 instead of nitrous, lol :)
