Ok, oldish game here, I had somewhere and lost. I forgot the name of it although I believe it is Empire something or has Empire in the name.
Basicly, it was a turn based game, Set in space where you built your forces (ships n ground units) in a turn based unit) then when it came to combat you could do it real time or auto resolve it, (combat included space battles and ground battles)
