O2 ice & transferring stuff

I got an O2 Ive last night and after charging it, decided that I wanted to transfer some stuff to my phone via my USB cable. I installed the software and restarted the computer like it said to do. Is there any reason why it kept coming up that my phone wasn'r connected, even though I know for a fact it was?:confused:

    Does the USB port your using definately work?

    Are you sure its not popping up with a new hardware wizard or anything too.
    My friend has a 02 ICE so ill ask him if he's had any trouble with it if i see him tommorow

    It is definately working - I have to connect it to my plug to charge my phone up - which worked fine yesterday.
