    There's nothing wrong with the death penalty for those who deserve it. IMHO murderers and rapists deserve it. I'm only against the death penalty for practical reasons- convictions are sometimes wrong, many lifers would rather die than be stuck in jail forever, and death row costs more than life imprisonment

    As for sentencing child offenders, I guess it depends on whether you think the crime or the defendant should be sentenced. I think the former is usually a better way of doing things, and the latter should only affect sentence with regards to intent and remorse.

    How can you sentence a crime?
