last night I was classy and for dinner had doner meat and chips on the way home at 3am.

Tonight I am cooking for the new blokey. Saffron risotto and sea bass. For main. Still trying to find a quick and easy recipe for dessert. Tiramisu probably.

I made dinner for me and my Mum.

    We had:

Starter: butternut squash soup and crusty rolls

Teryaki salmon (I made the sauce from rice wine vinegar, crushed garlic, ketchup, soy sauce andvarious spices, marinated salmon strips in it for an hour)

    Egg fried rice

    Veg

Was pleased how the salmon turned out.
