y does this happen after eatin out?

recently after i come home from town and i have eat in town like a BLT or a chicken bagel i have had dirrachoe problems. and wheneva i eat at home i dont get this. y do i get this?

    dont think maybe coz i dont eat white bread but when your out they never have brown so you have to make do with the white

    You can choose from stale white, hard wheat, some other kind thats also a bit old. Top it off with a bit of room tempature cheese
