    I would differ between

    2)a) atlethic/sporty
    2)b) bulky/weightlifting kind

I'd myself prefer on me the toned, lean muscle look instead of bulky muscles.

On girls (which isn't all the topic, I know, but still, why not?)
I prefer petite or kindof in-shape (no saggy stomach over the trouser waistband).

    Basically 57-62kg (136,68lbs) if she's around 5'10'' is ideal.

I like athletic and slightly muscular but not overly so, I'm not into the body builder look.
    ETA: this rather than this.

Does built mean really muscular? Because I genuinely don't like that, I find it a bit revolting personally.

    I would choose 3 or 4. I quite like a man with a little tummy :o
i think built means muscular.. but then theres a difference between muscular and over the top weightlifting ape-man isnt there.

    i love muscles :yum:

Hmm, I'm not fussy. Speaking completely superficially (obviously) while I don't generally find rake-thin blokes very attractive, I probably wouldn't go for a geet big fatty either. That said, it's all in the thighs so I'd take larger than average over smaller every time. 3) I guess.

Mr briggi is quite muscular but in a lean, sporty kind of way rather than a bulked-up gym slave. Suits me just fine ;)

Why are you even asking. We all know this is the answer.

And we all know that none of us will ever get there, so why worry about it.

Well if we're adding pictures of the perfect body...

Nope, I prefer a little bit of a chubby tummy over this anyday :o

Especially in a boyfriend. Brad Pitt might have a washboard stomach, but it doesn't look much fun to cuddle up to :p

 one of my friends used to brag about her boyfriends washboard stomach all the time, then he have me a hug and it felt like hugging a brick wall.
My boyfriend has a tiny tummy and it's much nicer to cuddle.

    Yeah thatll do ;)
Id go for slim to muscular, but not body builder muscular, just toned and a bit of a six pack is sexy and nice defined arms and thighs. :yum:

My boyfriend's probably between 3) & 4) but still sexy as hell...I wouldn't change him.

When I was younger I had a huge crush on Daniel Newman (Spiller in the Borrowers) but nowadays I don't really go for skinny blokes.

Built would be my preference, nothing better than some nice muscley broard shoulders!
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
That muscly one is just a bit too muscly for my tastes, but other than that I'm not too bothered. Saying that really skinny just makes me feel even more self conscious about being a little over weight.
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
    I don't particularly have a preference.
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Slim but toned. Suppose that comes under built?

My ex was quite toned, but was about three times wider (in a bone structure way) than my current boyfriend.

 but change it to skinny ;o.

The boy is skinny as hell (although he won't admit it), and I love it. I have a thing about skinny guys. But they have to have tummys and chests that are good for lying on. I was lying on the boy's tummy the other day when we were watching a film and it was the most comfortable thing ever XD.

    I miss him now :(.

I like them muscley but not like a weight lifter. As long as their cuddly I dont mind.

In answer to Yohanes, I tend to go for eyes or a nice face rather than look at the whole body. I love Kevin Pieterson but then I also have a secret desire for Jack Black. Go figure.

    agree!!

i like slim but toned guys but skinny and toned is also just as good!!

altho saying that, ive been out with a couple of guys who i would say were.. average? and that was nice too :)

cant say im too fond of 'built' guys tho! brad pitt is about as much as i can take!! anything bigger and i dont find it attractive at all!

Not too thin, not too fat, not too muscly, but a little bit toned is nice... :chin:

Little bit of a belly is fine... :)
