im on a diet of junk food lately. what things can i eat to counteract mouth ulcers and inflamation.

    Stop eating junk food, 3 meals a day with no snacking in between, and good dental hygiene. If you must do something between meals then chew sugar free gum.

    From a dental point of view there's a big difference between sweets and sugar free gum, BUT neither is better, unless you have a dry mouth, in which case gum can help.

    stop eating shite, eat properly, regularly and healthily and clean your teeth properly. simple. :)
