    Hey guys, you all know this is not a place to air your dirty laundry. If you feel there is a problem you really need to talk about, then do so, but sarcastic comments and unclever banter cannot be accepted. I will keep this thread open for the moment, if any advice can be given than that would be great. Otherwise im afraid i will have to close it down.
