it probaly meens that you need to do something to make yourself come and your bodies annoyed because its not getting what it wants

I get the same thing! Always thought it was just me.

Feels a little like ovulation pain - just weird twinges - so just always assumed it was my inner bits doing their stuff. Certainly not painful enough to see a doctor, in my case.

Anyway, I definitely don't have any STIs, so I'm sure it's nothing, but there's no harm in chatting to a medical type if you're worried.
