Cocaine...can it be a killer?

ok, maybe a obvious question for some but ive just been wondering...

in the last 3 months in Burnley alone 3 people have died all have known to have been on cocaine at the time or the night before.

2 of them they have not said the actual cause of death yet. 1 of them who died in a club actually died of a brain anurism, but was taking coca at the time...so i thought this could possibly be related.

i know of 2 of these people, and actually knew 1 of them quite well.

does anyone know if this could be down to bad drugs or just unlucky? the local authorities dont seem to have made any announcements or anything.

just wondering... :thumb:

    Yes, most definitely.

Cocaine raises your blood pressure, so strokes and anurisms become more likely. It also thickens your blood and shrinks your blood vescles, so heart attacks become a lot more likely.

Whenever I've been doing loads of cocaine, speed or ecstasy I always get massive random twitches in my neck and head for a few days after, I dunno if that's anything to do with that...
