    Hiya leese

I know a few folks who've tried it and think it works really well. My OH is currently working on some NLP techniques with his psychologist, and one of my really good friends is going through an NLP workbook as part of her CBT atm.

My OH seems to think it's working for him, he seems better in himself and is able to be more positive and rational about things than he was before.

I think Paul McKenna uses these techniques to help folks out as well.

I haven't tried it myself as yet, but am tempted to give it a go.

    Love C
    xx

NLP is good if you think you need it.
Most of the stuff is common sense but most of us fail to see it because of that.

Go for it. It's a good experience anyway.
