Think Tank findings on drug "problem"...???

Hey, does anyone know of or have a link to a Government sponsered Think Tank report on the solution to the UK's Drugs "Problem"?

A mate of mine told me he read a summary in a paper, but forgot which one, and it said the think tank recommended legalising most drugs, Taxing them, Keeping them Clean, have drug "shops" requiring membership so you could only buy a "personal use" amount with in a certain space of time, plus a list of all drugs they suggested remain illegal?

If anyone has heard of it or has a link canthey post if for me to take a look because i can not find it anywhere. Thanks!

I presume you mean the Birt report, it didnt suggest those things, but it is an interesting read and really does show that the government knows its policy is doomed to failure.

Its in the research thread at the top of the Drugs section.
