I've noticed on some sections of the boards that there's a Rate Thread facility. I was in Home, Law & Money a few minutes ago, and noticed it on the top along with the first post. Why does that appear on some sections, and not others?

    Hm, there seems to be nothing in that column.
    I'd take a bet that it's either something they're planning to implement and are testing, or something that's in the vb code but they forgot to turn off on some boards.
