Musicians wanted

We’re on the look out for budding musicians to create some background beats to liven up new podcasts on TheSite.org

We’re after ambient, instrumental sounds which have no copyright restrictions.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, submit your audio ideas to hannah.jolliffe@youthnet.org with 'TheSite podcasts' in the subject field.

We’ll be sure to credit anything we use.

To get an idea of the kind of music we'd like, visit http://www.thesite.org.uk/multimedia to listen to our current podcasts.

Is there any date that you want audio done by and what sort of Ambient do you want? Something Atmospheric and spacey?

There's no specific dates at the moment - it's more of an ongoing project as we upload new stuff. Something atmospheric and spacey could be good - the best thing to do is try some stuff out, send it to Hannah and see what she thinks. :thumb:

Ambient and spacey sounds good actually Makoto, see the ones we have used on the podcasts that are already live for an idea. Be good to have some tailor made music for our next batch if you or anyone is musical!!

Oh by the way, you want the music going all the way though the Podcasts?

Yes and no, it depends on the podcasts, if we've got some music to play with then we can decide how it will best fit a recording.
