Ok as some of you are probably aware, i am not very well and haven't been for a while now (feels like weeks) and kinda housebound as i need to be near a toilet.
I can feel the big dark cloud approaching and i don't like it. How can i stop it? I really don't want depression kicking in aswell:crying:

So what can i do help myself?

I like the Money Pitt with Tom Hnaks though Ihavent seenit inyears since I was a kid.....So it might be crap. I love Ally Mcbeal, she always cheers me up and im forever finding box sets incharity shops so i save them for when im low.
Little Nicky and Anchorman are funny films. Eddy Murphy's Delerious stand up is great.
Fear and loathing in las vegas and me, myself and irene are good.
Though, saying all thim we may have different senses of humour. Lokkf or the top 100 comedy films and have a read of what you may like.

Well over the last week i have been told i have...

    Water infection
    nasty virus
(upset tummy from antibiotics) which caused dehydration
    and bacterial vaginosis

I dunno anymore lol but i still got a bad tummy hence not being able to go out as i keep dashing to the loo.

Keep making the effort to make yourself comfy, have a nice long bath/shower on a regular basis and pamper yourself.

Go out into the garden and enjoy the sunshine.

Get some routine into your day and make sure you achieve somthing. Go through that pile of mending, sort through your drawers and tidy it all up, put your cd's into alphabetical order.

If you find yourself getting distracted, then go for it.

aw sounds like youve been having a shitty time. Id definitely consider a probiotic supplement to get your insides back on track.
I really hope you feel better soon.
One illness after another can really knock you for six.
