thesite.org beauty pageant

Basically from now until sometime late wednesday evening, you are to PM your nominations for who you would want to be the king and queen of thesite.org (for an unspecified period)

In your opinion, who is the hottest person on thesite, not necessarily in just looks, but in charm, in wit, and the ability to hold deep and meaningful (plus pleasant) conversation). The aim is to vote not just on physical looks, but thesite.org member whos mind does it for you too.

PM your nominations to MrG if you are nominating for the Queen
PM your nominations to Franki if you are nominating for the King

Late wednesday night, possibly into the early hours of the morning on thursday, a poll will be set up for both the King and the Queen. The poll for each will contain the top 5 most nominated persons for that category. Voting with be open for around 3 days, voting will be anonymous.

But remember, go PM your nominations now before wednesday night

It's arse-licking to an extent, yes. But it's also a bit of fun. So, I can't see why anyone would object to bringing a bit of light onto the boards, which have been somewhat gloomy in recent days.

Exactly, and provided people do vote on more grounds than mere physical beauty or good looks, we shouldn't go wrong. It's all a bit of fun, and about showing people they are appreciated on the boards.

someone isnt beautifal because of their looks, its more often the way the act as well, the kind of person they are
