Well frankly my mate is a cook and he generally split their brain in 2 using a knife first to kill them before boiling them... If they are dead few seconds before it doesn't change shit...

most humane way is to put them into a freezer for a few hours, as this does'nt kill them but puts them into a coma effectively, and it does'nt effect the quality either.

or to put them in fresh water, and add salt after bringing it to the boil, they pass out that way too.

If you put them in already boiling water they die instantly! If you want to do it much slower, put them in cold water then heat it slowly to put them to sleep then they die dreaming warm thoughts then turn it up to cook them.

Either way i get a good meal out of it!!!

They live in water, so maybe they are out in a bowl or whatever, see soembody grab them and hover them over a pot of water, so really they are liking it. Until the end of course.

The greens in my salad in a bag havn't seen sun, soil or water in probably a week. But nobody cares about their feelings.

People shouldn't eat anything, as something may get hurt in the process. And never move either, god forbid you step on an ant

They should be rendered insensitive before being boiled, in my opinion.

Apparantly they dont have a complex enough nervous system to feel pain, but on the off chance that they can, isnt it more sensible to take away the possibility of any feeling first?

After all, unless your a lobster that can talk to people, then scientists cant be 100% sure

Personally I want a pet lobster - I wouldn't eat it - I think they look super cool. I don't even like Lobster. I'd just have a pet one and let it grow HUGE. With fuck-off pincers. And set it on any door-to-door salemen or Jehovas.
