    its been good....watched some footie, caught up with mates.....

    did a 10k run this morning.....that may sound like torture to some...but i enjoy it....feel great after....

    although leg could do with a massage....

    so what gets you going?

    Lol it's ok dear - trust me it's better that you don't. This place sometimes attracts a fair few oddballs and you don't want them pestering you. Plus if you get into some of the discussions and such going on in the different boards then people can get to know you a lil better before adding you to msn.
