Heartburn

I get quite bad heartburn from tea, orange juice and tomato ketchup, which i understand as I guess they're all fairly acidic, however I also get it really bad from eating Weetabix! Whats that all about?! Surely there is nothing acidic in weetabix?!

Should I go to the doctors?

    Heartburn untreated can lead to some fairly bad results long term, maybe make an appt to discuss options with it and bring up the wheetabix bit.
