Cars - Parcel Shelves

Do you have anything that normally sits on your cars rear shelf?

A road map, toys, nodding dog, etc?

I have nothing ... :confused:

But then again it's probably a good idea in an accident not to have anything there.

    Nothing too. Sometimes my atlas ends up there on a long journey though (If the satnav's acting up)

    If I'm carrying passengers, I might put the box of tissues up there, but usually it lives on the rear floor, because (a) in an accident it could fly forwards and injure me and (b) its easier for me to reach there.

    Map. Tissues. Nothing big.

    Map is usually on the floor though, tissues the same. Somehow they just get up there from time to time.

    i have my 6x9s there, they pretty much take up the whole parcel shelf

    I have a small cat which looks unbelievable real!!!
    When I go to fill it up with gas, the clerk asks me if it is alive! :lol:

    I don't like anything obscuring my vision. It really bugs me.

    Mee too, can't understand why people are een allowed to have rear windows stickers with radio station names on them, etc.

    And when you take your car to the garage and they stick their sticker on your rear windscreen. Like, that should be illegal, t's like, graffiti man! But the sticky stuff it leaves behind is really annoying!

    My 6x9s. Although they're bolted into the parcel shelf.

    Reminds me, they're blown, need to buy new ones and put them in instead at some point :(

    Sometimes have clothes on top, but when i do that its just cus they won't get as damp as they do in the boot, don't get as dirty as they would on the back seat and plus they cover my speakers then, making it less of a target for thieves.

    My sister has rosary beads hanging fromher rear view mirror and they jangle allthe time, it's so annoying!!

    I'm sure it shouldbe illegal - if not it should be, my gym said we have to put stickers on our rear window to use their car park but their stickers are flipping HUGE

    They're like 1.5 inches high and solid blue not even semi transparent. I got them to give me two and stuck them onthe rear side windows cos you can't see them anyway when driving.

    Couldn't you just put clear plastic on them or something, then prop them up in the window when you use the car park? I'd hate to be advertising something in my car window. Don't understand why some car modders advertise every car audio make under the sun.

    No. It wouldn't.

    It might even make your car incompatible with half the petrol stations in the world.
