Changing Uni and Course

Is it possible to apply to UCAS for admission into a new Uni and a different course after not completing a previous course? I've completed 2 yrs of Nurse Training with one Uni but would like to apply for Health Studies at a different Uni as Im not enjoying the nursing. Someone told me that I will have to wait for 2 yrs???!!! before i can make an application through UCAS.

    well, i completed a year of one degree and then changed unis and courses the following september so i dont see why youd have to wait 2 years. its probably possible to start the new course you want to do this september, depending on how popular it is. talk to your personal tutor and phone up the course leader of the new course youd like to do. theyll be able to help you.
