I always give the note back to whoever owns it. Only tramps take them.

Hep C is spread by blood to blood contact. Sharing notes or other snorting paraphenalia can spread it as the note and act of snorting could cause the tiny vessels in the nose to rupture and bleed.

Just because something doesn't happen to you or your friends doesn't mean it doesn't happen, no matter how extensive your experience. To think otherwise is a bit naive don't you think?

And it could be happening to people he know's, Hep C doesn't present with symptoms all that quickly.

Using a note or a straw is fine (well aside from the whole issue of nasal damage) but just dont share them.

If you've had your note in your pocket for a while its unlikely you could get it from that. I guess you could prevent any small risk this way by getting a fresh note out of a machine for the nights use.

Either that or just grab a few straws from Burger King and take them with you.
