Special Powers - Do you beleive in them?

Theres a realmedia video about half way down the page.
Now if this is a genuine filming then its pretty impressive but i myself am in two minds on weather or not its for real.
The logical side of my brain says no way, this has been faked somehow! But the other side of my brain says that anything is possible.

Your thoughts?

    Not legally indeed, but my point was everybody can, so it aint a special power... It is still a nice privileges tho i admit... But can you kill your boss or the queen legally...

    I downloaded that file, but the picture was messed up...
