What can I take to make me sleep, I don't care for how long. Ive got some co-proxamol, some omeprazole and some anti sickness drugs. co-proxamol can knock you out for a bit I think ... can't it? I don't really want to OD on the paracetamol though.

Any ideas on what to take?

    co-proxamol is the only thing that'll do anything. I doubt it'll get you to sleep though. It'll relax you... Maybe knock you out. Try some benadryl (diphenhydramine).

    Havent stocked up on any anti-histamines yet. Not till summer anyway...

    Ive taked 97.5mg dextroproxythene / 975mg paracetamol (3 tabs of coproxamol). The recommended dose is 2. I'll keep you updated on sleepiness.

    a quick update: fook me its working it starting to kick in after only 15 mins. funnily enough, my back pain has gone away.

    Sounds like fun, You're way fine on the paracemtamol dosage too, I typically try to stay between 3500-4000mgs max, though that's me personally.
    Might I ask why you need to sleep?

    hot water bottle and a glass of warm milk.
    warm ...not hot or you reduce it's use as a relaxent.
    go to bed as soon as you have drank it ...a bed where your hotwater bottle has been waiting for you under the covers for the last fifteen minutes.

    what anti sickness tablets ? as far as i remember cyclizine make you mildly drowsy and they're commonly prescribed anti sickness tablets

    take sum ov these...your choice wich ones

    blues(valium) and plenty ov them say 15 or so...then you'll sleep...or try zimmerthaine or zopiclone...only need a couple ov them...or inject 5 dicolnol...i bet that will make you sleep

    lol i dont think telling people to bang 15 blues is good advice (although id do it) and yes zopiclone are good sleepers :thumb: not the kinda thing you can pull out of thin air tho since theyre prescription drugs

    six fired straight to the pleasure centres of my brain but ...it would always miss and hit the total confusion bit instead.

    i went to see a nieghbour about a mile away ...on my fucking hands and knees!

    im guessing by zimmerthaine you mean zimovane? just a brand of zopiclone.
