regarding unfair dismissal? Also how to get legal aid etc? Thread down the page will explain why. :crying:

    Have you approached Acas? They are an organisation dedicated to preventing/helping to resolve employnment disputes.

    It's probably also worth pooping into your local Citizens advice bureau if you haven't already.

    are you a member of a union? I joined TGWU(Trade and General Workers Union) through the company i was working for and they arranged my unfair dimissal claim.

    Its not actually me but someone very close to me, and no hes not in a union and its too late to join one, he already asked.
    hes there now finding out whats happening :(
