Singers miming

Some people (not me) might say the likes of Britany Spears, Steps, S Club 7 etc are talented but they can't even sing ffs???? How can they be talented if they can't even sing? Britany Spears always mimes and its pretty obvious.

They say they mime cause of the complicated dancing routines...Try singing while crowd surfing and getting your shoes nicked <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif"&gt;

If they are talented then they should be able to sing live.

    What I really hate is the way singers mime on their videos. For some reason it just annoys me. It's even worse is when the lip-syncing is out with the words, because I can't hear too well unless I'm watching someone's mouth, and it's so confusing trying to work out what they're saying!

    I agree with u broken heart that pisses me of to i mean it their supposedly so "telented" they should be able to both if not then stop with the stupid dance routines and just sing i mean it just annoying <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/mad.gif"&gt;

    Turtle why don't you just fuck off???? i mearly made a point about some singers miming. Is that such a big deal????? I'll post what I want if thats ok with you...whether it is ok with you or not I don't give a shit.

    The post wasn't offensive to anyone. It was a QUESTION. You might think you run these boards but all I see is "Uber Poster" next to your name and not "Moderator" so I'll post whatever I like thank you very much. If you don't like it then TOUGH!

    ack, dont start all that again. he DOESNT think he runs anything, he just says what he thinks. and why can only moderators express an opinion with disliking something that people post? well clearly not coz everyone else manages to express their opinions about other posters without having someone fly at them!

    i think turtle probably meant the pop bands/"real bands" argument. but hey, im not turtle, as far as i know he's apologised to you for it. so thats that.

    but yes, miming sucks, boybands/other such crap, should all be banned.

    All I can see here is that for some stupid reason Turtle is pissed off with me cause I joke around about me having a great taste in music and everyone else has bad taste. I know everyone has their own taste. I don't jump down everyone elses throat when they go on about Feeder, Ash, Muse etc etc do I?

    Its Turtle who's stirring the trouble here! Ok so Turtle says what he thinks which I admire him for but there is gonna be nobody left on these boards. Sometimes you have to bite your tongue and say nothing cause it could get you in trouble sooner or later. OK maybe not on the boards but if you are like that in real life then I'm sure you'll end up in trouble!
