What to cook.

Hi guys and gals. Need some ideas for what to cook for girl i've just started seeing. I've been told the following things. 1. No spices or peppers 2. No Red meat 3. No over keen on pork 4. Mushrooms are good 5. Chicken is great 6. Pasta or flavoured Rice are good 7. Garlic is ok Now the only thing i can think of with that…

Lol i love cooking anyway, the fancier the better, but crap at cooking for one, only good at 2 or more for some reason.

chicken and peppers in black bean sauce?

chicken kebabs on those skewer things just throw oil and soy sauce or anything else you have in with the chicken to marinate first its well nice

stuffed chicken, cut a slit in the chicken breast stuff in a load of of garlic cream cheese diced mushrooms, diced tomatoes mmmm and then close it again with a coctail stick that you have soaked in oil (so it doesnt burn) wrap in tin foil and put sliced tomatoes on top of the fillets

thanks guys, you've all come up with some good suggestions. and as i cant decide on which one, i'm going to do it the spanish way and do a little tapas with a little of everything. that way she can pick and chose. and i can always freeze the left overs or have it to lucnh and dinner the following day.
