I ate food colouring

hi, when i was a little child I once ate the food colouring in an easter egg kit :crazyeyes :yuck:

I thought they were m&m's and I was like "mmm m&m's"

There were about 5 or 6 food colouring m&m size tablets that I ate

anyway, I can't remember that well but I think I had an extreme stomach ache a day or two after.

I was maybe around age 5 or 6?

I looked on the internet and I read that food colouring could make vision worse :nervous:

Well I'm 17 now and I have terrible vision so yeah :impissed:

I know I already researched but I just want some input on what other people out there think about this situation.

Do u people think that eating food colouring could have affected me in any way to this day?

If you spray it in your eyes it might make stuff look a bit weird...

I am sure you would have to eat a LOT more than that for it to have any long term effect ...

far more dangerous are the flavourings.
i've heard of alcoholics swinging the brandy flavouring from the kitchen and ending up hospitalised.

I'm extremely myopic.. I didn't eat food colourings as a child. Go figure.
