    Probably, although the Northern Rock are very good with 100% mortgages. And you wouldn't keep a 100% interest rate for very long, either, given that you pay off a bit, and house prices rise about 2% a year anyway.
    Yeah, depends on the deal I guess. But it's well worth taking advice on that because it can be a false economy to buy early.

    We got a fantastic deal on a 95% mortgage. Just a shame we're having to do business with a building society from Coventry. :(
