    just plain old mild cheddar for me! not a great fan of cheese. i also like that austrian smoked stuff.

    In no order, these are only the ones I remember the name of:

    Halloumi
    Applewood smoked cheddar
    Red leicester
    Strong cheddar
    Oak smoked cheddar
    Berrie (sp?)

    I do like buying a good cheese board and trying different ones at the counter in the suppermarket.

    provolone, brie or american (first and last on sandwiches with meat, lettuce, tomatos and miracle whip, cheese plain is kinda gross)

    new fave is one I found in a local posh nosh place and it is goats milk cheese. One of the most yummiest cheeses I have ever tried.

    also love somerset brie with edible rind.

    which rinds are safe to eat then? Lol obviously not babybel! BUt can you eat other brie rind?
