Last night I noticed a lump about the size of a small marble on the outer lips of my vagina. I have had this before and it went away but it is back again and I am a bit concerend. I was thinking that it could be a swollen glan or something. It doesn't hurt or anything its just there.

    I sometimes get them, in my experience they're nothing to be worried about, they're slightly sore when I squeeze them so I think they are just swollen with fluid or something gross. Other times they turn out to be ingrown hairs.

    If in doubt, show it to your doc.
