does anyone know of any good opportunities for teenagers to get into acting other than stage school?

    It depends what type of acting you want to do. if you want to be a stage actor, try writing to local theaters. If its t.v your looking for, write to t.v companies like bbc or pebble mill. they always looking for extras and offer advice! good luck! <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    There are usually some kind of theatre groups in most places now, workshops and all that. You could check with your careers advisor or college/school.
    Also you could take a look at 'The Stage' the theatre luvvies old rag. They advertise auditions and the like.
