She added her two younger children aged one and three were running around the house at the time and might have thought the bag of speed was sweets.

That's really bad. There aren't that many sensible children out there, especially with peer pressure for things like that hitting younger and younger kids.... can just see them 'go on, try them, be like the cool high school kids'

I think you'll find peer pressure has very little to do with childrens problems these days, social alienation seems to be the worst problem imo
