Look on the job centre website, there are loads of office junior positions. Just lie and pretend you have done it before (for a family friend or something). I think the address is www.employmentservice.gov.uk

I found it hard to get my first job as an office junior (nearly 3 years ago now!) so I know how you're feeling.
As you have no experience, highlight your skills and strengths on your CV (Like excellent communication skills, ability to multi task).
Try joining up with recruitment agencies. Send your cv off to local companies asking if they have any junior jobs.
Lastly, check out these good sites: www.reed.co.uk www.totaljobs.com www.monster.co.uk
Also use a search site; like www.ask.co.uk, just type in 'jobs'! That will give you a list of other useful sites.

Let me know how you get on!

    Best of luck.

You could also try office temping for a short stint as a chance to prove that you can do it. Look locally for agencies, and sign up.
