I have had an on off sore throat all week now & the last few days it feels like i constantly have a crumb or something on my tongue right at the back, but its not that. Any ideas what it is?
Dunno if ifs worth bothering the doc about or if it will just go away.

Have you scratched it with a fish bone or something?

Yeah as the others have said, I think a lot of people have had it lately. I've had it, and still have an iffy throat at the moment.

I wouldn't worry about it tbh, but if it's been a long time, getting it checked out at the doc's might be a good idea to put your mind at rest.

    :)

Take a paracetamol and see if it eases.

Or gargle with an aspirin to see if it numbs it?

Try your docs if it hasn't gone (the tongue thing) within a week though.

dunno if this is any help, but apparently pineapple juice is very good for a sore throat... maybe that will help ease the discomfort a bit

Salt water is wonderful for soothing sores. Honey is good for sore throats too (and for the immune system I do believe).
