Ive been doing extacy every weekend for a few monthes now Ive started to get back pain. A friend of mine who has been doign it for a few years said it taps you spinal fluid. Anyone know anyhting about this and possible cures (besides going off it for a few weekends which Im planning to do anyway some time soon)?

P.s. Its a longshot but: If you were in the jailhouse, hereford last friday and you drank my blood can you please get in contact.

Could it be you're just dancing too hard when you're on them??

I have only been doing pills for about a year now and in the last few monts ive been suffering from a painful back. I used to like hard bouncy house but ever since my back started playing up i got into trance and as a result by giving my back a rest it's starting to get better. All im saying is think about streching a little or warming up befor going mad on the dance floor, your body is your temple look after it and it will give you many a good nights to come.

If its inb the lower back, around the kidneys, it could be caused by not drinking enough water during the night. I've had it there a couple of times, but if i drink a good amount, I'm ok. Apart from the ol' excessive dancing injuries

That's bollox. Spinal fluid has nothing to do with the way ecstasy effects your body.
    http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/mdma/mdma_faq.shtml#rumor

Your kidney's may ache but that's cos ecstasy makes it more difficult for you to pass water and your back may ache from dancing to much.

Mary Jane in my brain, eases my pain!
