Birthdays and age

Why is it that, if you look in the Birthday lists on this site, that some people refuse to reveal their ages? For example, looking at the list today, Supergrover, one of the female mods, refuses to reveal how old she is. (Happy birthday to you anyway in case you're reading this.) And only a few days ago, Susie, another female moderator, (am I seeing a pattern develop here?) had her birthday but nobody knows how old she is. I mean, we know it's rude to ask a woman's age, but this is ridicilous! :p

As for the rest of you refuseniks, why won't you let the world know how long you've been on it?

    I always lie about my age at work. I'm really 20. But tell everyone at work that just started that I'm only 18 and they believe it as I do only look 18. YaY

    I'll be alright when I'm 21. Will except that hopefully. But 20 just sounds soo old.

    I'm 26 today... Woo. I really don't bother with birthdays...

    Just a number - I don't really feel any older than when I was 21... Just more stupid nights out under the belt! ;)

    Seriously Fiend, what gives you the right to go around the boards telling others what to do, behaving like a jumped-up little Hitler? Because of this, I've decided to make a complaint to the mods about you for the first time. Whether they'll actually do anything is another matter, but we shall see.

    As for the criticism this thread is completely pointless, the same could be said of many other threads in the Anything Goes section.

    MOST threads in 'Anything Goes' seem to be the result of people not having enough time to occupy themselves usefully...
