Whats the best form of dope?

does anybody know which form of cannabis is the healthiest and/or most effective. Some of the resin I have been getting lately has been rather full of chemicals from the crushing process and im not sure that its healthy. does anybody have any advice on how to process home grown weed into super potent resin for sale(no chemical crap)

i got hash once which had battery acid in... not even worth smoking..
if you're going to smoke, just get weed.. theres no point in hash (unless youre short for cash)

Yeah I agree with Peatee.... hash is a bit dirty... id ur growing just grow skunk... something like Big Bud is fairly easy to grow n the plants rn't too big... no point making resin fro that as u can flog an eigth of big bud for £25 no probs n hash ur lucky to get over £10.
