    Cryptic, consider the burden shared. <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
I have suffered for years from the negative effects of numerous different drugs. Pill use obviously leads to seratonin depletion and without the 'happpy' chemicals in your brain, you're blatently gonna feel depressed and low.

    What's going on? Wanna share?...

The best places I've found for information have been www.erowid.org and www.ectasy.org - these are both aimed at providing information without bias. Also good info is also available on the www.ravesafe.org.

How long have you been pillmunching for? Have you spoken to your doctor?
Depression is an illness in reality, and although there are some that say that it is caused by e, there are normally many other reasons behind it too..

Take care.. and come back to us.. <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I love my pills, but im a bugger on the comedown. If i do take a whole lot, I can get depressed generally.
Alot of it has to do with seratonin depletion, lack of sleep, but you gotta look at why you are taking the pills and how much you are taking.
5HTP available at health food stores is a great way to boost your seratonin supplies.
Its like any kind of substance, from heroin to chocolate, if you're gonna do it, you should do it in the safest, best informed and supportive environment and have some control of how much you take, listening to your body.
yada yada yada. i sound like my mum. bye

Folowing on from what AussieAndy was saying there is alos something else you could try to prevent depression, it's called Enada NADH.

People have found that it does reduce the comedown and I've heard several people who suffer from depression say that it has really helped them...also injects a bit of get up and go !

You can buy it from Holland & Barrett for £20 (30 day supply) or do a search on the net and buy it off there, it's cheaper.

Live by the rule that when the drugs start to fcuk you up, it's time to do something about it.
