Hysterorscopy and Mirena

Can anyone help me, I'm at my wits end. Got hysteroscopy and mirena on 11th May...collapsed and transferred to another hospital. Let out 24 hours later. Very weak, rest at home. Few days later had another 'episode', back in hospital, next day they removed Mirena. A week later I am still very weak, some times bleeding, sometimes not. Went out for an hour yesterday, came home and felt really sick and dizzy. Not much pain. Doctor just doesn't know what is happening......help
